What I worry most is to get a nice and healthy looking infant whom came with FEVER and RASH!
Its difficult to see the raches, the patient may not just be cooperative enough and, you get into troubles making them working with you.
and the list of differentials is whoa!
Measles
Dengue
Pyoderma
Herpes
Mumps
a whole lot more..
