.. of examining patients..
You see, in medical school, we have this exams called short cases.
Typically, it would take you about 10 minutes per short cases and this will assess your techniques and of course findings.
In that short period, you will have to quickly and smoothly- with style of course- present your findings and do the complete and full examination.
Students usually failed their shortcases because they think!, short cases are reflexes.
Of course sometimes you would miss here and there but thats ok, if the significant ones are not left out.
It uses that clinical skill that you have acquired through the 3 years of clinics.
Finding are usually obvious but the techniques should be refined.- diperhalusi- π

The problem with ths is that, sometimes question and instruction from examiners are quite confusing.
1. “Please examine this patient?”- Examine what?
2. “Look at this patient”- Look at what?
3. ” Tell me about this patient”- Short cases la!
4. “Examine this patient lower limb, and proceed with relevant examinations” Student must think, lower limb and then what, it can be CVS, Renal, or Stroke patients.
Instruction like these are very tricky.
It requires you to think and make decisions spontaneously, and this need practice.
And remember, differentials, differetials, and differentials.
