Pitfall in assessing head injury in patients ?

I have once discharge a patient whom had a mild head injury which later he returned with seizures . A 23 years old man with high collision head to head injury – the next day patient fitted and was intubated for cerebral protection.

I found this a Medscape which I think is usefull .
