I had a brief discussion with Ayah, on the emerging new fields of carrer in Malaysia. I’ ve listed few here and open to discuss. These are the few new fields that I think ought to be considered, where the work is there, the solutions are still not available.

1. Pharmacogenetics, pharmacoimmunology

2. Molecular medicines and geneticist

3. Health economics

4. Health informatics

5. Health educationist

6. Biopolitics and bioethics

7. Halal medicines and sciences

8. Reverse engineering

9. Data mining ( Health informatics)

10. Mathematical modellings

These are the new intelectual fields that I feel, need to be encouraged so that us Malaysian can published in outstanding journals.
