Q 27- Capecitabine vs 5-FU: oral administration

Q29- VIPoma : pancreatic cholera with WHDA ( watery diarrhea, hypoakalemia, and achlorohydria )

Q-37- which drug causes shortening of QT: digoxin

Q33- oxybutin- for pateint have ms develope bladder instability – can use oxybutin, tolterodine, solifenacin. Botulisn is for failed bladder

Q40- PVL s aureus if not respond to flucoxacillin-> rifampicin and doxycline in combination

Q43- MR intensified on isometric exercise

Q44- Ross syndrome- Homie Adie pupils, excessive sweating, loss of tenden reflexes
