Right leg cannot lift, Left leg cannot feel!

The patient complaint of ” I could not lift the right leg and and I cannot feel at the left leg!’
This case was referred by the Orthopaedic team to Medical team.
Patient is a 33 years old lady, history of LSCS in 2010 presented with two days history of fever and unable to carry her right leg by herself and reduced sensation of the left leg. She couldn’t urinate on her own but BO was normal.
Examining her, I noted that the right leg power was 2/5 and the left leg was normal but, the sensation over the right lower limb were normal to pin prick and left leg was reduced. Propioception was intact bilaterally.
