Criteria for Parathydectomy surgery
- Serum albuimin – adjusted calcium greater than 0.25 mmol/L above the upper limit
- 24 hr urinary calcium more than 10 mmol/L
- creatinine clearence reduced more than 30%
- Bone mineral density T-score less than -2.5
- Age younger than 50 years old
