Currently,  I’m posted in Anaesthesia Dept, for attachment in Emergency Dept Hosp Serdang.

The purpose of this  posting is to familiarise with acute emergency condition, in a well controlled and supervised environment. I had been practising my intubation skill. – a very important skill in managing collapsed patient. I managed to intubate in the operation theatre.

Apart from there, I  had also the chance to relearn the CVP insertion. Thanks to Dr Sri Banun Specialist for helping me out.

Also had the chance to see, femoral and brachial block. A very skill full procedure done by, Dr Kamarul Consultant Anaesthetist.

I observed, hystrectomy, ilio-femoral bypass, illizarov’s- all the major operation done by consultant surgeons.
I was so lucky that – I was the ED Housemen.

Leiomyoma- about 7-8kg leiomyoma was extracted from this fortunate lady.

Hysterectomy – Mr Jamali, Dr Azfar Hussin, Dr Kanaga in the Gyane OT.
