Dilated

In that case, the three distances listed:

1. 3.78 cm
2. 4.18 cm
3. 3.65 cm

Key points for aorta diameter:

· Normal abdominal aorta diameter: ~1.4–3.0 cm
· >3.0 cm = generally considered ectatic
· ≥3.5 cm (or 3.0 cm by some guidelines) = abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA)

Your values (3.65, 3.78, 4.18) are all above 3.5 cm, with the largest at 4.18 cm → indicates a small AAA.

If you confirm these are indeed diameters (cm) from the aorta, then:
Conclusion: Ectatic to mildly aneurysmal aorta (max 4.18 cm).

Tall patient, thin, a bit hyperflex.

Another different patient. 4.29cm in pain.
