Interestingly Semaglutide ( Rebelysus/ ozempic/wegovy ) and Tirzepatide ( mounjaro / zepbound ) are Class IIa drugs for Obesity controlled. And now in effect for the ESC 2026 heart failure guidelines but for HFpEF.

boleh lah prescribe for obesity HF patient. But not in the HFrEF group yek. Got study in the HFrEF groupd.
